The Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) is a repayable education loan provided by the Government of Bihar — it is NOT a scholarship or free grant. Students and parents are advised to read the terms carefully before applying.
About the Scheme
Under the BSCC scheme, students who have passed 12th from Bihar can avail an education loan of up to ₹4,00,000 for pursuing higher education, including the MBBS programme. The loan is processed through the District Registration cum Counselling Centre (DRCC) under the Education Department, Government of Bihar.

How to Apply
- Register on the official portal: 7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
- Visit your District DRCC with required documents (admission letter, fee structure, ID & address proof).
- The loan is disbursed directly towards approved education expenses.
