The Medical Education Unit (MEU) supports the institution in strengthening teaching and learning practices and promoting effective implementation of the Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum.
The Unit facilitates faculty development, academic discussions, teaching innovations and other educational activities aimed at improving the quality of undergraduate medical education.

Role of the Medical Education Unit
The Medical Education Unit acts as an academic support mechanism for strengthening medical teaching and learning practices within the institution. It facilitates faculty development and educational initiatives in coordination with the concerned departments.

Faculty development activities may include workshops, training programmes, academic discussions and other educational initiatives designed to strengthen teaching, assessment and feedback skills.
